LovEat helps you discover the best restaurants wherever you are. Describe what you're craving in your own words, like "spicy seafood with an ocean view" or "cozy place for a date night", and get matched with restaurants that truly fit, based on real menus and reviews.
You can also snap a photo of any restaurant to instantly explore its menu. No searching, no guessing. Just point your camera and see what's on offer.
LovEat is free to use with generous monthly limits. Whether you're a tourist exploring a new city or a local looking for something different, LovEat is your personal dining guide.

Account information. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address from the sign-in provider. This is used to create and manage your LovEat account.
Location data. When you grant permission, we access your device's GPS coordinates to find nearby restaurants and to identify restaurants when using the menu scanner. Location data is processed in real time and is not stored on our servers.
Search queries. When you search for restaurants, your query is sent to our servers to return results. Queries are processed in real time and are not linked to your identity.
Camera and photos. The menu scanner requires access to your device's camera. When you take a photo, it is sent to our servers to identify the restaurant. Photos are processed in real time and are not stored after the request is complete.
Device storage. Recent searches, location preferences, and authentication tokens are stored locally on your device. This data is never sent to our servers.
LovEat integrates with the following third-party services:
Your account data (name, email, usage history) is retained for as long as your account exists. When you request account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed from our servers.
You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the app by tapping your profile icon and selecting "Delete Account". Deletion is immediate and permanent. Please note that deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must cancel your subscription through your device's App Store settings before deleting your account. You may also request deletion by emailing support.loveatapp@gmail.com.
LovEat is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

LovEat is a restaurant discovery app that lets you search for restaurants using natural language descriptions and identify restaurants by photo. The app is free to use with monthly limits on searches and menu scans. An optional premium subscription removes these limits.
You must sign in with Apple or Google to use LovEat. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person.
LovEat Premium is available as a monthly auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
Restaurant information (menus, hours, prices, reviews) is sourced from public data and may not always be current. LovEat does not guarantee the accuracy of any restaurant details. We recommend confirming details directly with restaurants before visiting.
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt the service, scrape data, circumvent usage limits, or use automated systems to access LovEat beyond normal app usage.
LovEat is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any dining experiences, restaurant closures, inaccurate information, or any damages arising from the use of this app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app by tapping your profile icon and selecting "Delete Account".
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of LovEat after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
